DIN9250 कार्बन स्टील लॉक वॉशर के साथ डोले फेस प्रिंटिंग डबल पक्षीय लॉक वॉशर विवरण
High-Grip, Self-Locking Performance
• Precision-stamped to DIN 9250 from quenched-and-tempered alloy / carbon steel (typical hardness 38 – 45 HRC), the flat disk carries sharply formed radial teeth on both faces. These teeth penetrate paint, oxide, or plating layers and create a micro-interference fit that blocks loosening from vibration, shock, or thermal cycling.
• Dual-sided serrations transmit symmetrical bite, preventing fretting and clamp-force decay even when the joint is reversed or the washer is flipped during service.
• Standard ≥ 8 µm electro-zinc coating with trivalent passivation provides ≥ 120 h neutral salt-spray protection (ISO 9227); optional clear, yellow, black, olive, or any RAL / Pantone top-coat pushes corrosion resistance past 1 000 h while enabling visual circuit or size coding.
• Retains ≥ 88 % of initial preload after 1 000 Junker transverse-vibration cycles and maintains contact resistance below 20 mΩ where electrical bonding is required.
ब्रॉड, क्रॉस इंडस्ट्री अलॉय स्टील] स्पेक्ट्रम
• Electrical Panels & Switchgear: Bonds door skins, hinge leaves, and bus-bar brackets, eliminating static build-up and EMI leakage.
• Automotive, Rail & Off-Road Vehicles: Locks seat-rail fasteners, sensor brackets, and chassis ground straps exposed to road shock, impact, and weather cycles.
• Machinery, Robotics & Automation: Secures servo-motor mounts, linear-guide clamps, and enclosure lids that endure rapid acceleration and high cycle counts.
• Renewable-Energy & Infrastructure: Maintains torque on inverter housings, battery cabinets, and telecom towers where stainless alternatives are unnecessary but reliable anti-slip fastening is critical.
इंस्टॉलर-फ्रेंडली, टाइम सेविंग हैंडलिंग
• Flat, symmetric profile requires no orientation; technicians simply place and tighten—ideal for blind, overhead, or glove-on assembly.
• Compatible with standard hex, socket, or flange heads; use the same torque charts as plain washers, so no recalculations or special tools are needed.
• Low added stack height (≈ 1 mm for M8 equivalent) allows retrofit without longer bolts or deeper counterbores, preserving existing design envelopes.
• Available loose in cartons, resealable pouches, or tape-and-reel strips for seamless use in field toolkits, line-side bins, and automated pick-and-place feeders.
सत्यापित गुणवत्ता & दीर्घकालिक स्थायित्व
• 100 % optical inspection verifies tooth height ± 0.02 mm, concentricity ≤ 0.05 mm TIR, and flatness within 0.03 mm; Cp/Cpk ≥ 1.33 records align with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS 9100 quality systems.
• Post-plating hydrogen-relief bake safeguards against embrittlement, preserving tensile strength for safety-critical joints.
• Duplex variants (zinc + epoxy powder) withstand 1 000-h xenon-arc weathering without colour shift or flaking, ensuring longevity in outdoor or mildly chemical environments.
• QR-coded packaging links every lot to melt chemistry, heat-treat, plating batch, and mechanical test reports, delivering full traceability and confidence for aerospace, medical-device, and infrastructure projects.
