ANSI/ASME B18.21.1 Сплит-блокировщик 18-8 (304) стиральная машина из нержавеющей стали Описание

  1. Reliable Spring-Action Locking & Corrosion-Proof Performance
    • Made from 18-8 / 304 austenitic stainless steel and work-hardened to ≈ 210 – 230 HV, the helical split ring exerts a continuous radial load that bites into both the fastener underside and the joint material, preserving clamp force against vibration, shock, and thermal cycling.
    • The open-coil geometry offers elastic deflection of 0.10 – 0.30 mm (size M3 – M16), absorbing joint relaxation in soft gaskets or painted surfaces while preventing back-off without damaging threads.
    • A self-renewing chromium-oxide film shields the washer from salt spray, detergents, mild acids, and outdoor moisture across a −200 °C → +425 °C service window, eliminating the red-rust risk associated with plated carbon-steel versions.
    • Conforms to ISO 8752 / DIN 127 performance criteria and retains ≥ 88 % of initial preload after 1 000 transverse-vibration cycles in independent Junker testing.
  2. Широкий, межотраслевой спектр применения
    • Electronics & Instrumentation: Secures PCB standoffs, heatsink screws, and terminal blocks where low magnetic permeability, electrical continuity, and compact height are desired.
    • Food, Medical & Pharmaceutical Equipment: Stainless construction endures aggressive wash-downs and autoclave sterilization on mixer guards, lab racks, and sanitary clamp assemblies.
    • Transportation & Marine Hardware: Maintains torque on lighting brackets, dashboard panels, battery trays, and deck fittings exposed to constant vibration, humidity, and brine.
    • Machinery, Renewable-Energy & Construction: Locks sensor mounts, guard plates, solar-panel frames, and cable glands, ensuring long-term clamp integrity in high-cycle duty or outdoor environments.
  3. Установщик-дружественный, экономящий время
    • Fits beneath standard hex heads or nuts without special orientation tools; installers apply the same torque specified for plain washers, so no recalculation or new procedures are needed.
    • Chamfered coil ends minimize burrs and allow smooth feeding in magnetic sockets, screw presenters, or automatic pick-and-place equipment.
    • Overall height increase is only 0.5 – 1.2 mm, making retrofits possible without switching to longer screws or redesigning recess depths.
    • Supplied bulk-packed, in resealable pouches, or on tape-and-reel strands to integrate seamlessly with field toolkits, bench stations, and high-speed assembly lines.
  4. Сертифицированное качество и долговечность
    • 100 % optical and load-deflection inspection verifies free height, gap width, hardness, and spring rate to statistical Cp/Cpk > 1.33, supporting ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS 9100 quality systems.
    • Stress-relief tempering removes residual forming stresses, preserving elastic modulus and preventing relaxation creep over repeated clamp cycles.
    • Electropolished or passivated variants achieve Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for hygienic or decorative finishes without affecting locking performance; low-outgassing options meet clean-room and vacuum standards.
    • Each production lot is laser-etched or QR-coded on outer packaging for traceability back to melt chemistry and mechanical test reports, ensuring confidence in safety-critical aerospace, medical-device, and infrastructure applications.
