RJMP-10 RJ4JP-01-08 Линейный несущий 3D-принтер Замена LM8UU LM10UU подшипник Описание

  1. Выступление
    • Self-Lubricating Polymer Matrix – Molded from a proprietary high-performance plastic blend (comparable to iglidur® J) filled with solid lubricants; eliminates the need for external grease or oil while delivering a friction coefficient ≈ 0.12 against hardened steel shafts.
    • Vibration-Damping & Silent Motion – The homogeneous polymer structure attenuates resonance and reduces operating noise by up to 25 dB compared with recirculating ball bearings, ideal for quiet desktop printers.
    • Wear-Resistant Under Load – Supports dynamic loads of 250 N (RJ4JP-01-08) to 450 N (RJMP-10), with tested service life exceeding 1 000 km at 60 mm s⁻¹ on Ø8–Ø10 mm chrome-plated rods.
    • Debris-Tolerant Design – Absence of steel balls and open raceways prevents clogging from filament dust or wood composite particles; operates reliably in environments where greased ball bearings quickly bind.
  2. How to Use on a 3 D Printer
    • Direct Drop-In Replacement – RJ4JP-01-08 replaces LM8UU on Ø8 mm X/Y axes; RJMP-10 substitutes for LM10UU on Ø10 mm Z or gantry axes. Overall length and outer diameter match ISO LM-UU specifications, so no model redesign is required.
    • Shaft Compatibility – Pair with hardened or stainless smooth rods (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.6 µm). Polymer bearings tolerate minor shaft imperfections better than ball types but still benefit from polished finishes for maximum life.
    • Installation Procedure – Gently press the bearing into the carriage or printed mount by hand or with a light arbor press; ensure axial alignment and avoid ovalizing the housing. Slide the assembly on the rod and verify smooth travel end-to-end.
    • Maintenance Interval – Because lubrication is intrinsic, routine service is limited to wiping rods with isopropyl alcohol every 200 hours to remove dust; replace bearings when play exceeds 0.05 mm or surface streaks appear.
  3. Удобная для пользователя операция
    • Grease-Free Cleanliness – Solid-lubricant matrix keeps work areas free of oil splatter and eliminates the risk of contaminating belts, pulleys, or printed parts.
    • Lightweight Construction – Up to 40 % lighter than steel LM-series equivalents, reducing moving mass and enabling faster jerk/acceleration settings without stepper overload.
    • Quick Extraction & Swap – No ball retainers to spill; bearings slide off the rod once end-stops are removed. Complete replacement of a printer’s motion system can be performed with only a hex key and pliers in under 15 minutes.
    • Operating Temperature Range – Functions from –40 °C to +90 °C without softening or dimensional drift, covering typical heated-chamber and enclosure scenarios.
  4. Качество и долговечность
    • Precision-Molded in ISO 9001 Facilities – Each bearing is inspected for ID tolerance (h6) and roundness < 8 µm to guarantee uniform preload and straight-line accuracy.
    • Extensive Endurance Testing – Laboratory trials simulate 24/7 printing: 1 000 km linear travel at 40 mm s⁻¹ under 200 N load results in wear depth < 0.02 mm, maintaining dimensional accuracy over thousands of print hours.
    • Chemical & Corrosion Resistance – Polymer material is immune to rust and resists common cleaning agents, ABS/ASA vapors, and mild acids or alkalis, ensuring dependable performance in varied workshop conditions.
    • Environmentally Safe & Recyclable – Free of PTFE powder, silicone oils, and heavy metals; bearings comply with RoHS, REACH, and are fully recyclable through standard industrial plastic streams.
