Компрессионная пружинная катушка Wire Wire Diameter 8-12mm Описание
Выступление
• Ultra-High Load Capacity – Coiled from 8-12 mm heavy-gauge spring steel or 17-7 PH/304 stainless on request; oil-tempered and martensite-aged to reach 1 250–1 600 MPa tensile strength. Typical spring rates span 150–1 200 N mm⁻¹, delivering reliable support for static loads above 2 000 kg and dynamic impacts up to 30 kJ.
• Thermal Stability – Double stress-relieved at 350 °C, then shot-peened for compressive surface stresses that keep rate drift under 4 % from –50 °C to +200 °C, enabling safe use near furnaces, engine bays, or outdoor environments.
• Optimised End Geometry – Squared-and-ground faces (per EN 15800) guarantee ≤0.5 mm parallelism, ensuring uniform force transfer and minimising spring skew in high-load columns.
• Custom Force Curves – Variable-pitch, barrel, or nested helices available to tune progressive energy absorption and prevent bottom-out during heavy shocks.
Сценарии применения и требования к сборке
• Ladder & Platform Supports – Counterbalance folding ladders, scissor lifts, and service platforms, absorbing operator weight while maintaining controlled return.
• Industrial Presses & Mould Tools – Provide consistent platen pressure and quick rebound in die-sets or injection mould ejector systems where cycle counts exceed 500 000.
• Rail & Truck Suspension Components – Act as auxiliary bump-stops and vibration isolators, resisting lateral loads and road contaminants.
• Руководящие принципы Ассамблеи
– Guide Clearance: bore ID = spring OD + 0.02 × spring OD; rod OD = spring ID – 0.03 × spring ID to avoid column buckling.
– Working Stroke: limit compression to 75 % of solid height to sustain ≥95 % load retention after 1 million cycles.
– Seating Plates: use hardened washers (≥45 HRC) with chamfer ≤15 ° to spread load and prevent end-coil bite.
– Safety Retainers: integrate keeper rods or end cages for overhead installations to contain fragments in case of catastrophic overload.
Удобная для пользователя операция
• Pre-Scragged & Color-Coded – Each spring is compressed to solid twice at the factory; painted stripes on the end coils denote spring rate and free length, simplifying field identification.
• Ready-to-Install Finish – Black oxide, manganese phosphate, or zinc-nickel coatings (<10 µm) resist rust without flaking or altering tolerances; stainless variants shipped passivated and dry.
• Minimal Tooling – Large internal diameters accept standard guide rods; installation requires only basic lifting equipment and torque-controlled fasteners—no special winding jigs.
• Low-Maintenance Service – Annual visual inspections and light re-oil (carbon steel versions) are sufficient; no relubrication or pre-load adjustment needed during normal life cycle.
Качество и долговечность
• Certified Manufacturing – ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 compliant processes with in-line laser sensors keep load tolerance within ±8 % and free-length tolerance within ±2 mm for sizes up to 1 000 mm.
• Fatigue & Impact Validation – Sample lots endure 500 000 cycles at 65 % solid height and complete 1 000 drop-tests at 20 kJ without micro-cracks or coil set, meeting heavy-industry safety factors.
• Advanced Surface Protection – Optional epoxy powder coat or ceramic-metallic top layer extends neutral salt-spray life to >240 h; all coatings RoHS/REACH compliant and free from Cr VI.
• Full Traceability – Laser-etched batch IDs link each spring to 3.1 material certificates, furnace charts, and individual load/deflection curves, assuring dependable documentation for OEMs, maintenance, and regulatory audits.
