ANSI/ASME B18.6.9 Wing Nut-Butterfly Fastener-Hand-Carbon Steel Tighten Hardware Nut Описание

  1. Характеристики и свойства материалов
    • ANSI/ASME B18.6.9–Compliant Alloy/Carbon Steel: Manufactured to strict ANSI/ASME B18.6.9 tolerances from quenched-and-tempered C1045 carbon or 4140 alloy steel for tensile strengths of 800–950 MPa and Rockwell hardness of 35–45 HRC.
    • Durable Surface Finishes: Available in zinc-plated (yellow or clear chromate, 8–12 µm) or black-oxide coatings to resist corrosion (≥240 h salt-spray per ASTM B117) in indoor and mild outdoor environments.
    • Precision Rolled Threads: Coarse UNC threads are cold-rolled to enhance fatigue resistance, provide smooth, self-aligning engagement, and minimize galling during repeated hand-tightening cycles.
    • Ergonomic “Butterfly” Ear Wings: Generously sized wings with radiused edges maximize hand-torque leverage (up to 1.8 Nm), ensuring secure clamp loads without tools or fastener rounding.
  2. Подробная область применения
    • Furniture & Cabinet Assembly: Ideal for tool-free mounting of flat-pack furniture, shelving brackets, display racks, and modular cabinetry—enabling quick on-site adjustments and reconfigurations.
    • Hurricane Shutter & Panel Fastening: Secures storm panels, removable awnings, and exterior louvers where rapid installation and removal are critical during maintenance or severe weather prep.
    • Machinery Guards & Access Panels: Serves as quick-release fasteners for machine enclosures, inspection hatches, electrical control boxes, and test fixtures in industrial and automation settings.
    • General Hand-Tighten Applications: Perfect for trade-show booths, photography rigs, DIY jigs, camera mounts, and any scenario requiring repeated, tool-free assembly and disassembly.
  3. Бесперебойная работа и удобство
    • Tool-Free Hand-Tightening: Broad wing wings deliver high torque by hand, eliminating wrenches and sockets for fast, ergonomic clamp loading in confined or overhead spaces.
    • Quick-Release & Reusability: Smooth thread start and anti-cross-threading design allow rapid loosening with minimal turns; fittings can be removed and reinstalled hundreds of times without thread wear.
    • All-In-One Assortment Kit: Includes 100 pcs in five common sizes (¼-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, M6, M8), organized in a clear, compartmentalized plastic case for instant size selection and reduced downtime.
    • Universal Compatibility: Threads mate seamlessly with standard inch and metric studs, machine screws, threaded rods, and furniture fittings for maximum cross-market versatility.
  4. Высочайшее качество и долговечная надежность
    • ISO 9001 & B18.6.9 Certification: Produced in ISO-certified facilities to ANSI/ASME B18.6.9 and ASTM A563 standards, ensuring consistent dimensions (±0.1 mm), mechanical properties, and interchangeability worldwide.
    • Rigorous Testing & Traceability: Each batch undergoes dimensional inspections, torque-to-turn validation, and salt-spray corrosion testing; parts are lot-numbered from melt to finish with material certificates.
    • Environmental & Safety Compliance: RoHS- and REACH-compliant; free of hexavalent chromium and other restricted substances, supporting sustainable practices and worker safety.
    • Maintenance-Free Service Life: The combination of high-strength alloy steel, precision threads, and robust plating guarantees decades of reliable, vibration-resistant performance—even under cyclic loading and exposure to moisture.
