коническая шайба под потайную головку нержавеющая сталь 304 CNC Cup шайба Flat Screw Head Gasket Описание
Precision-Machined, High-Strength Performance
• CNC-turned from solid 18-8 (304) stainless steel, the tall cup washer measures 30 mm outer diameter × 5.5 mm height with a 90 ° internal taper that mates seamlessly with flat-head and countersunk screws, spreading load over 4 × the area of the screw head to prevent indentation or pull-through on softer substrates.
• Austenitic chemistry (≈ 18 % Cr / 8 % Ni) resists pitting, crevice attack, and surface staining from −200 °C to +350 °C without the need for plating, making the washer suitable for indoor, outdoor, and marine atmospheres.
• The tall-wall profile delivers extra bearing depth, keeping the screw head fully recessed and flush while also acting as a mini-stand-off that protects painted, anodised, or composite surfaces from clamp-force scarring.
• Brushed contact faces (Ra ≤ 1.2 µm) and burr-free edges ensure repeatable torque-to-tension conversion, even when paired with high-strength Class 10.9 or A4-80 stainless fasteners.
Широкий межотраслевой спектр Применение
• Architectural & Civil Construction: Seats countersunk screws in railings, façade panels, glass-anchor fittings, and elevator trim, preventing distortion of thin sheet metal or tempered glass holes.
• Furniture & Interior Fit-Out: Provides flush, decorative fastening in hardwood joinery, stainless countertops, and aluminium display frames where visible hardware must match a brushed finish.
• Marine, Chemical & Food Equipment: Secures pump guards, instrument panels, and sanitary covers exposed to cleaning agents, salt spray, and temperature cycling without galvanic staining.
• Automotive, Robotics & Electronics: Acts as a precision spacer in carbon-fibre panels, sensor mounts, and servo brackets where tight stack-up control and vibration resistance are required.
Установщик-дружественный, экономящий время
• One-piece cup design eliminates the need for separate countersinking or spot-facing operations—simply drop the washer over an M4–M8 flat-head screw, seat against the workpiece, and torque to standard values.
• The tall rim guides the driver bit, stabilising the screw during blind or overhead assembly and reducing cam-out or surface marring.
• Oversized through-bore tolerates painted or powder-coated screws without binding; the 90 ° taper matches common DIN 7991 / ISO 10642 screw heads for airtight fit.
• Supplied in clean, resealable 10-piece packs with laser-etched size code on the rim for quick visual verification, keeping parts organised in toolboxes or automated feeders.
Сертифицированное качество и долговечность
• 100 % optical inspection verifies outside diameter ±0.05 mm, bore concentricity ≤ 0.05 mm, taper angle ±0.25 °, and height ±0.03 mm; statistical Cp/Cpk ≥ 1.67 records are retained for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 traceability.
• Solution-anneal plus ASTM A967 passivation remove free iron, maximising corrosion resistance; optional vibratory polishing achieves mirror Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for decorative or hygienic installations.
• Accelerated testing—1 000 h salt-spray, 500 h cyclic humidity, and 2 × 10⁶ vibration pulses at 70 % of proof load—shows zero red rust, cracking, or loss of preload.
• Each production lot is traceable via QR-coded packaging that links melt chemistry, machining parameters, and inspection certificates, giving engineers full confidence when specifying these washers for safety-critical or appearance-critical assemblies across industries.
