DIN6797 Edelstahl 304 18-8 Rückhaltescheiben Innenverriegelung Innendesign Beschreibung

  1. Hochgriffige, korrosionssichere Sperrleistung
    • Stamped from 18-8 / 304 austenitic stainless steel hardened to ≈ 220 HV, the washer’s sharply formed internal teeth generate prevailing torque that counters vibration-induced loosening without damaging the male threads.
    • Continuous chromium-oxide passivation film provides lasting immunity to salt spray, food-grade detergents, mild acids and outdoor moisture from −200 °C to +400 °C, eliminating the red-rust risk common to plated carbon-steel alternatives.
    • Tooth geometry—60 ° flank angle and 0.20–0.35 mm height (M3–M12 range)—delivers up to 20 % higher break-loose torque than equal-diameter split or wave washers while adding only 0.3–0.8 mm to clamp stack height.
    • Meets locking requirements of DIN 6797 Type J (internal-tooth), enabling repeated reuse with no measurable loss of bite or galling on mating surfaces.
  2. Vielseitig, branchenübergreifend Anwendung Spektrum
    • Electronics & Precision Devices: Secures PCB standoffs, sensor modules and miniature gearboxes where low profile, electrical grounding through tooth contact and non-magnetic material are essential.
    • Medical, Food & Pharmaceutical Equipment: Stainless construction tolerates aggressive wash-downs and autoclave cycles on mixer guards, sanitary pipe clamps and lab-instrument panels.
    • Transportation & Lightweight Structures: Locks dashboard trim, lighting brackets and battery clamps in passenger vehicles, e-bikes and marine craft exposed to vibration and humidity.
    • Machinery, Robotics & Automation: Maintains clamp integrity on limit-switch plates, cable glands and sensor mounts during high-cycle duty and rapid axis reversals.
  3. Installateurfreundliches, zeitsparendes Handling
    • Symmetric internal serrations self-center under screw heads, avoiding orientation concerns and simplifying blind or overhead assembly—even with gloves.
    • Flat-lay geometry prevents wobble on magnetic sockets and pick-and-place nozzles, boosting automated feed reliability and manual throughput.
    • Supplied bulk-packed, in resealable field pouches or on tape-and-reel strands for seamless integration with maintenance kits, bench stations and SMT lines.
    • Optional laser-etched size code (from M4 upward) enables quick visual sorting without calipers, reducing kitting errors on mixed-size work cells.
  4. Verifizierte Qualität und langfristige Haltbarkeit
    • 100 % optical inspection verifies tooth height ± 0.02 mm, OD/ID concentricity ≤ 0.05 mm TIR and hardness per ISO 3506-1; Cp/Cpk data archived for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits.
    • Stress-relief tempering after forming eliminates residual stresses, preserving high spring modulus for enduring bite through multiple re-torque cycles.
    • Electropolished variants achieve Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for hygienic or decorative finishes without altering dimensional tolerances or locking performance.
    • QR-coded packaging links each washer lot to melt chemistry, passivation batch and inspection record, ensuring traceability for aerospace, medical-device and critical-infrastructure projects.
