Factory established; first single-die cold-heading machines commissioned.
Installed multi-station cold-heading equipment; formalised Quality, Engineering and Packaging departments. Set “go-global” strategy; exhibited at overseas trade shows and built initial international customer network.
Achieved stable, high-volume fastener production while delivering growing volumes of custom orders.
Responded to customer requests for laser-cut parts; began technology research and created a preparatory Acquired the first laser-cutting machine and broadened service offerings. Expanded floor space for both cold-heading and laser-cutting operations to meet rising demand. Aligned with global standards: obtained ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications and implemented full PPAP procedures.
Scaled the export sales team and accelerated outbound shipments. Consolidated specialised personnel across all departments to form an integrated solutions taskforce. Introduced stamping presses and deepened technical expertise in CNC machining.
Completed build-out of stamping and laser divisions; installed first CNC machining centres. Finalised the five-department manufacturing structure, each backed by end-to-end professional teams. Upgraded to a one-stop fastener-plus-assembly service for diverse industries; added spring-forming machines. Continuing to broaden global partnerships and market reach.
