All patrol data are scanned into the MES with handheld RFID readers, turning every operator into a quality sensor.

• Eight CCD vision sorters screen up to 600 pcs/min, rejecting scratches, cracks, head defects or thread burrs down to 0.05 mm.
• Pass lots are sealed with a laser-engraved label carrying part number, heat-lot, machine ID and operator code—full back-tracing in under 30 seconds.

4. Mechanical & Environmental Testing Lab
Tensile & shear test (100 kN dual-column): ultimate tensile strength, yield, proof load.
Torque-tension rigs: prevailing-torque, coefficient-of-friction, K-factor.
Rockwell & micro-Vickers hardness testers.
Salt-spray chambers (ASTM B117) up to 1 000 h for Zn-Ni, Geomet, Dacromet coatings.
Metallographic microscope: grain size & decarburisation on 12.9 class bolts.
Certified reports can ship with the goods or be filed directly into your PPAP dossier.
